Manu’s Sesame Salmon - as seen on “Off The Grid” - S2E4
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 x portions of fresh Akaroa King Salmon
Sesame seeds
Sauce:
1 x tbsp soy sauce
1 x tbsp sesame oil
Juice from x1 lime
Juice from x 1 mandarin
1 x tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 x chopped spring onion including green tops
1 x chopped red chilli
Salt & pepper
Preparing the Salmon:
Remove skin from the salmon
Season with salt and pepper
Toss in the sesame seeds until fully coated
Add salmon to a hot BBQ plate and sear quickly both sides
Slice salmon into pieces and add to a platter
Drizzle sauce over the top
Preparing the Sauce:
Mix the sauce ingredients together
