Wainui Wharf Sales
Whole Akaroa Salmon are available to be purchased from the Wainui Wharf every Sunday between 3:30pm - 4:15pm.
Whole Salmon - $28/kg - EFTPOS Only (Please note this is not gilled or gutted)

We are not liable for any last minute cancellations of the wharf sales. Weather, harvest schedules and health & safety matters can sometimes cause last minute cancellations - attend at your own risk.
Waiau Hatchery Pickups

Thursdays and Fridays: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
We also offer free pickup from our Waiau Hatchery if you preorder online. Order before 12pm Tuesday to choose your pick up date that week.
Please select the Waiau Hatchery location when ordering online under Pick Up. We will have frozen King salmon and limited availability of fresh/smoked products on site.

Akaroa King Salmon is available at selected premium retailers worldwide. We harvest our salmon, process it and ship it to the below retailers within 24 hours.
