Wharf sales are now ONLY operated on Sundays and Wednesdays, between 3:30pm – 4:15pm with limited availability.
Please note timings may vary, we do not take any responsibility for any no shows. Also, we never harvest on public holidays or long weekends. Any queries please check in advance with us.
$26/kg for whole salmon.

Thursdays and Fridays: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
We also offer free pickup from our Waiau Hatchery if you preorder online. Order before 12pm Tuesday to choose your pick up date that week.
Please select the Waiau Hatchery location when ordering online under Pick Up. We will have frozen King salmon and limited availability of fresh/smoked products on site .
