We take a lot of care getting our salmon to you in the best possible condition, so if you have any special delivery conditions do please let us know.
You can choose your preferred dispatch date - not the delivery date, as this will vary by your location. As standard, please expect same day delivery for Christchurch Central and overnight for the rest of New Zealand.
Pick-ups from our shop are free but please allow us time to pick and pack your salmon before your arrival. Pick Up orders do not come in insulated boxes as standard unless they are especially large orders; if you require your Pick Up order to be boxed, please let us know in advance.
Shipping orders are carefully packed in an insulated box with ice packs - for this reason we have set a minimum order of $30 for shipping.
Some rural delivery options may require special instructions.
FAQ's - Why don't you show Friday as available for shipping? We don't offer shipping dates on Fridays to minimise the risk of our chilled salmon being left over the weekend with a courier in case of any delivery issues.

Our Courier Rates from July 2023 are:
- Christchurch - $7.50
- South Island excl Christchurch - $13.70 up to 15kg
- North Island - $24.40 up to 15kg
Shipping prices on application for orders over 15kg.
Please remember this is a chilled product and we rely on couriers to handle the final leg to yourselves so any issues or delivery delays etc please let us know asap.
