Refund policy

Out of Stock Items

All products offered by akaroasalmon.co.nz are subject to availability.

If a product purchased is out of stock at the date of dispatch, we may backorder products and ship them to you once available again. In the case of product unavailability, we will contact you to offer shipping the correct product at a later date, a replacement product, or issue a refund to the original payment method.

 

Incorrect orders

If you receive any incorrect items in your order, please contact us immediately upon arrival. We will ask that you verify they are different than what is displayed on your order confirmation.

If the items that are shipped are different than the items that are included in the order confirmation, we will organise a replacement and arrange collection of the incorrect items.

We do not offer exchanges, so please choose carefully when purchasing from us.

If you realise that there is a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately so that we can amend the order. Under our discretion, we will try our best to amend any issues but due to dispatch dates and product availability this may not always be possible.

 

Delivery and Returns Policy

Perishable goods such as salmon cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon order arrival and our sales team will determine whether a replacement or refund is required.

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with the product, contact us immediately to discuss a replacement. Replacements will only be offered if product is defective or damaged. Our sales team will request photos of the products for proof of damage or defects to approve a replacement.
