- A fresh new venture for Akaroa Salmon; straight from our new(ish) Waiau Hatchery, the fresh roe is brined then pottled before being blast frozen.
- Pre-frozen - to defrost in transit on its way to you. Once defrosted our roe has a four day shelf life.
