Cold Smoked Salmon Fillet

We carefully trim, debone and cure whole fillets of our Akaroa King Salmon before gently cold smoking them over Mānuka wood. The richness of the King Salmon melts in the mouth, with the gentle smoke and brine flavours adding complexity.

These whole fillets are vacuum packed and perfect for hand slicing for everything from a gourmet picnic to a centrepiece for a fantastic dinner event. This is our favourite way to serve cold smoked salmon.

For portions, we would recommend a minimum of 50g per person. 

Our Cold Smoked Fillets are chilled and have not been previously frozen.
