Our biggest bundle, made for feeding a crowd over summer, with two fresh fillets for the oven or barbecue and both of our Mānuka-smoked fillets to put out on the table. Available for November dispatch only.

Grill the fresh fillets, or serve as sashimi, slice the cold-smoked fillet thinly for a platter, and break up the hot-smoked fillet and portion through salads and nibbles so there's something for everyone.
