Freshly harvested New Zealand King Salmon from the pristine waters of Akaroa Harbour. These whole salmon are gilled and gutted.

Bake whole or fillet your own salmon. Heads and frames make an excellent fish stock as a base for soups, sauces, chowders and risotto. Whole salmon vary in size.

Our Fresh Salmon products are fresh chilled and have not been previously frozen.
